2018 Annual General Meeting

Please be advised that we will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Saturday Feb 3, 2018 at the Chateau Louis Hotel & Conference Centre located at 11727-Kingsway Ave NW, after the conclusion of the Annual Technical Conference & lunch.  The meeting will start at 1:00pm. 

There will be no meeting held in March of 2018 in Red Deer.  You are welcome to attend the meeting even if you are not attending the conference.

If you wish to participate in the meeting but are unable to be at the Chateau Louis we have available Webex available; it is a phone & video conferencing tool.  Please contact Ken Hood  or myself know as soon as possible but no later than Jan 12, 2018 if you wish to attend the Annual General Meeting using Webex.
